Studio Editions is an initiative by Aldo Bakker Studio.

Stacked they form a closed unit. Side by side they make a pair. For in your study, beside the bed, at breakfast or whatever seems fit to you. ’Fit’ comes in opaque ochre, anthracite grey and in clear glass.

We are proud to announce that the latest addition to studio editions is Tri, now available online.

Seven Logics of Sculpture opens up new ways of looking at, understanding, and appreciating sculpture, placing the medium at the heart of art’s experience; how sculpture can be shaped, assembled, encountered, seen and embodied.

Nose – a standing oval with one very large spout and a foot underneath otherwise it will tip over. Nose comes in two sizes, and three colors: grayish blue, warm sand and broken white speckled. The porcelain is hand polished, giving the surface a dense and a subtle shine.

The small carafe forms the start of the Harvey Series. Approached from the back side it looks like a cup, but when turned a quarter, the appearance changes completely. The frontside exists of a sprout, giving it a perky opposite shape to the cup. The cup shape forms the base of the complete series.
